Choosing the right oil AGA cooker for you at first can seem a bit daunting. Use this guide to help you decide, but if you need more assistance please call, as we can often help with a simple chat. We are to hold your hand and get you the correct cooker for your needs.
All of our cookers are fully mechanically reconditoned
We do not buy and renovate older AGA cookers. All of our cookers are purpose built oil AGAs and not converted from solid fuel AGAs.
There are basically two oil AGA cookers to choose from, use our guides to find out which AGA cooker best suited to you and your kitchen.
The two oven oil AGA will give you a roasting oven, simmering oven and two hobs. However with a cold plate placed in the top oven, you will be able to bake your favourite cakes.
Conventional Flue
If you have brick-built chimney then you can line it with a 5" gas liner which can be connected to your oil AGA with a 4" black flue pipe. If you don't have a chimney its still possible to have a conventional flue oil AGA by installing a 5" insulated twin-wall flue system (although this can be expensive/unsightly).
The four oven oil AGA will give you a roasting oven, a simmering oven and a plate warming oven, as well as two hobs and a warming plate to the left of the hobs. Ideal for keeping food warm before serving.

In addition to a flue that terminates approximately 18" above the main roof of your home, you will also need an oil tank that stands approximately 24" above the bottom of your oil AGA – unlike oil boilers, oil-fired AGAs are gravity fed.
